As you may already know, as of October 14, 2025, Microsoft ended support for Windows 10. Feature updates and security updates will no longer be provided by Microsoft. 

Picarro G and L series analyzers (e.g. G2204, G2307, G2210-i, L2130-i and L2140-i) run Windows 10. To maintain security and stability of your analyzer, we recommend upgrading to Windows 11 LTSC (Long-Term Servicing Channel). LTSC is a streamlined version of Windows 11 designed for fixed-function, special-purpose devices such as your analyzer(s) that require a long support lifecycle.
